Order Early:

Due to the complexity of porting cast iron, anticipate and plan for 2 to 3 weeks lead time on items which require large amounts of porting, such as: Fully Modified Intakes, Ported Cylinder Heads and Modified exhaust manifolds. We like to say those two magic words: in stock! With these labor intensive items it is just not always possible, so please plan ahead.

Useful Information regarding your orders:

Your Account Number: To make it easier for you to place an order, or to check on previous orders, we assign an account number to each customer. Your account number is your zip code and appears above your name on our invoices. In some cases there will be a letter designation, such as A, B, or C, etc., following the zip code. Using your account number will make placing your order a faster, easier process.

Charge Card Orders: We accept MasterCard and Visa.

C.O.D. Orders: All other orders will be shipped C.O.D. (cash on delivery) via UPS. We will inform you of the final total of your order, with shipping included. UPS accepts money orders, or certified checks. The money order or certified check must be made out to Brzezinski Racing Products, Inc.

Returns: All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and are subject to a handling charge.

Prices: Due to unavoidable fluctuations in material and labor costs, all prices are subject to change without notice. Throughout the year this occasionally happens, most often if we change the design or upgrade a product.

Shipping: We ship our orders via United Parcel Service. UPS has 3 levels of service:

1. Ground Service - Delivery to Midwest in 1-2 days, East Coast in 2-3 days, West Coast in 4-5 days.

2. Blue Label or Second Day - 2 day service to anywhere in the United States.

3. Red Label or Next Day - 1 day service to anywhere in the United States.

Overseas and Canada: All overseas and Canada shipments must be paid in advance in US funds by charge card, money order or certified check. UPS delivers to most countries.

Warranty:

Brzezinski Racing Products, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications or to make product changes without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products previously manufactured.
Any item damaged due to shipping must be referred to the appropriate carrier service. Brzezinski Racing Products, Inc. will not be responsible for damages due to carrier negligence.

Due to the nature of the products offered, there is no warranty representation or condition of any kind, expressed or implied, including no warranty of merchantability or of fitness for intended purpose, or any other obligation on the part of Brzezinski Racing Products, Inc.

Brzezinski Racing Products, Inc. will replace or repair, at its discretion, any part listed in this catalog which indicates defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage to engine or other parts, labor, personal injury, or any other damage or injury.
