Our “UnderCover Porting” procedure to aluminum intake manifolds is so amazing that we actually remove over 10 ounces of material from the internal surfaces of the intake ports and retain the stock port opening size!
Like our modified cast iron intakes, the outside of the manifold is not altered. Typically, 5 to 10 horsepower is gained. We have a couple customers that found a 14 horsepower gain with our “UnderCover Ported” Edelbrock 7101-T1 vs a stock Edelbrock 7101 intake manifold.
